PATIENT SATISFACTION SURVEYS

The Gastroenterology Endoscopy Center, Inc

Since it opened its first endoscopy room in 1990, The Gastroenterology Endoscopy Center has conducted a Patient Satisfaction Survey.  The survey asks a variety of questions, including;

  • Did you feel you were given adequate prep instructions?
  • Did we greet you promptly and courteously?
  • Would you use our services again?
  • Would you recommend our services to a friend?

During the 2007 Endo Patient Satisfaction Survey, our Tualatin site received perfect scores on two questions: 100% of those who completed a survey said they'd use our services again and would recommend our Endoscopy Centers to a friend. Our Oregon City site wasn't far behind, with 99% of the repondents answering "Yes" to the questions about using our services again and referring friends.

Gastroenterology Specialists of Oregon, PC (GSO)

Gastroenterology Specialists of Oregon conducted their first GSO Patient Satisfaction Survey in the Spring of 2008.

Through the 2008 GSO Patient Satisfaction Survey we learned that 100% of our patients would refer us to others, and that 99% of our patients found our providers caring and courteous.  The feedback also stated that we needed to do a better job of communicating when the providers are delayed. We have been working with our staff to increase communication to patients regarding any significant schedule delays.

The Patient Satisfaction Survey process is part of our ongoing commitment to quality and service.

If you would like to provide feedback, please feel free to contact the Executive Director at 503-692-3750.
